DR. LILY CHENG

Founder and Leading OD Doctor at PACE O.D. Consulting, Dr. Lily Cheng is a thought leader in the field of Organisation Development (OD) residing in Singapore. 

As an OD doctor, executive coach, and master facilitator, Lily’s personal mission is to help leaders succeed.  Working with both business and people strategy components to increase organisational effectiveness, 

With over 3 decades of experience in the space relating to organisation development, human resource management, human resource development, education, and general management, Lily’s diagnostic mindset is sought after by multinational corporations, large local enterprises and government bodies alike. 

Across the U.S., Europe and Asia, Lily has energised thousands of leaders, coached executives and management. She has facilitated and implemented organisational merger and acquisition integration interventions, culture building, transformational change solutions and result-based performance management among other things. 

She was one of the first two Certified Masters for The Leadership Challenge® in Asia, alongside co-founder Dr. Peter Cheng. Together with Peter, she co-developed the PACE OD Framework and Desire learning model that she passionately uses in her OD consulting process to translate HR and HRD processes to deliver tangible OD outcomes. 

She has also authored and co-authored books, namely Leading Lights (2007) , The Langage of Organisation Development (2013), Real Leaders (2013), Real Help (2016), Real Conversations (2017) and Real Relationships (2018).

DR. PETER CHENG

Co-Founder and Leading OD Doctor at PACE OD Consulting, Dr. Peter Cheng is the driving force behind PACE research and development initiatives.

Since the inception of PACE in 1998, he has reached out to thousands of leaders and professionals, through his well-received and life-impacting workshops, coaching and consulting services. Peter helps senior leaders diagnose the real issues that hinder their goal achievements and passionately designs and delivers results-oriented interventions that advance his client-organisations toward achieving their desired goals.

As an OD consultant, executive coach and a master facilitator, he helps people throughout Asia, the U.S. and Europe think together to achieve personal and unprecedented breakthroughs. A thought leader in the OD domain, he is also a certified master of The Leadership Challenge. He presented his research thesis findings at The Leadership Challenge Forum 2015 in San Francisco.

His clientele includes MNCs from diverse industries such as FujiXerox, Cycle & Carriage, A*Star, Bridgestone, ComfortDelGro, Fraser & Neave, Amgen, Olympus, Sanmina, Ilumina, Thales, Marshall Cavendish, MSIG, Shimadzu, and Singapore National Eye Centre just to name a few.

He authored and co-authored books that include: The Language of Organisation Development (2013), Real Leaders (2013), Real Service (2014) and 8 Essentials Of Real Leadership (2018). Peter also developed the PACE360° Feedback Assessment System after his extensive doctoral research on “Perceived Credibility Of 360° Feedback & Evaluation Of Outcome And Attitudes Toward Behavioural Change” to develop Real Leaders that engage, inspire and transform people. He published a white paper on The Impact of Real Leaders on Constituents in 2017, further validating the Real Leaders 360° Feedback System and confirming 27 hypothesised positive outcomes of Real Leadership on their constituents.

Senior OD Doctor of PACE OD Consulting, Jean Lee is a sought-after OD practitioner and Certified Master (The Leadership Challenge®) with over 15 years of experience partnering numerous local and multinational organisations in Asia Pacific on their transformational journeys. As knowledgeable as she is passionate about helping organisations, leaders and people, Jean has delivered on a wide variety of OD solutions — in particular excelling in leadership and strategic development for middle to senior level leaders.

Armed with a keenly analytical mind, Jean adds immense value to organisations by helping them link learning concepts to real business outcomes to achieve a tangible return on investment (ROI). Adept at methodically breaking down complex problems into step-by-step solutions, Jean’s engineering background enables her to transform abstract concepts into real-world actions for leaders and managers who work best with system-oriented approaches.

Having delivered multiple large-scale OD interventions, Jean’s portfolio includes: crafting a regional employee development strategy for a Multi National Company (MNC), facilitating the review and refinement of vision, mission and core values for MNCs, government agencies and local enterprises, and leadership development engagement of learners that range from front-line management to senior management.

As part of PACE’s senior management, Jean plays a key leadership role in both structuring strategies to elevate PACE’s methodologies to world-class standards, and developing the competencies of the OD team.
